What is homeopathic detox and timeline/sequential prescribing?

Homeopathic detox can be done straight after exposure to the chemicals, drugs or disease. We can also do it at a later date, through working on our timeline and history. This is a great method when we have never been well since an incident, disease or since chemicals or drugs have been taken.

Sequential or timeline prescribing works by starting in the present and working back towards birth   through the emotional and physical traumas that have occurred in your life. Initially remedies are given for any physical or emotional complaints and then ongoing remedies to support you in the detox process and your journey forward in life.

Some people only wish to go to certain point in their timeline and that is ok. Others want to completely clear their timeline or their children’s, and that’s great too.

Often daily remedies are prescribed alongside a detox protocol.

When we detox, healing reactions may happen. This is a form of elimination where old stuff is being cleared out. Most reactions are on the physical level and pass quickly. They may include symptoms such as itchy skin, tiredness or aches and pains.

As you can see this is a process and can take time to go through, especially if you or your child are quite sensitive. In these cases, we go gently and work at a pace suitable for the individual.

I have been asked “What happens if I don’t want to do my timeline and just deal with the things, I have going on now?”, or “Can we just detox the last things I took?”.
That is OK, we can just do that and if you change your mind that is OK too.
